– The general condition (mechanical and electrical)
– The condition of the blade (does it need sharpening or replacement?)
– Whether spare cutting sticks are included
– The maximum cutting height currently achievable in practice
– If it is possible to see a short video of the machine cutting paper, or to test it before purchase

I am planning a professional book production and I am seriously considering this machine. Pickup in Almelo is possible for me, and I can organize transport.
