Toner printer, A2-A1 size, black and white

Hi, I am looking for companies which provide printing services using toner in a relatively large format, like A2/A1 size. It has to be toner (same as laser printers), not inkjet prints.

I guess something like what they would do in architecture blueprints/ maps (not sure if it’s called plotter)

Can’t find it anywhere. Any recommendations?
Are there any companies doing that in Den Haag or nearby?
